If you are unhappy with any item or you have found a fault with it within 7 working days, then please return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent, and if applicable with all tags and packaging. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer as well as our original postage cost. We recommend using an insured service, as if we don’t receive it, we can't help.
